This will be a rehearsal with McMillen and Williams for the Mass Band Game as well as an exhibition for Parents. It will culminate with a Community Pep-Rally. *Buses will not be provided for this event. 5:oo pm Arrive at Stadium, unload trucks, and get ready for rehearsal 5:30 pm Plano East Rehearsal Starts 5:45 pm Williams and McMillen Students Arrive 5:55 pm Williams and McMillen do brief warmups on either end of the field 6:00pm Mass Band Rehearsal Begins! 6:30 pm Plano East Exhibition Performance 6:45 pm Finished - Load Trucks, Visit Food Trucks etc. and relax to get ready for Pep Rally 7:15 pm In the stands playing music to kick off the Pep Rally 7:30 pm Pep Rally Begins 8:30 pm Event is over. Trucks will be unloaded Monday morning. Dress is the "Summer Uniform"...Grey Marching Shoes, Plano East Band Shorts, and Performance Shirts (Light Grey). Bring your water jug FULL of water!
