The Parade is our Final Required event of the 2025 Marching Season. We will perform Merry Little National Emblem and Happy Fight Song. *Everyone must have a RED santa hat. Nothing fancy, but this is part of the uniform for this event. **Please eat a good, healthy early lunch/late breakfast prior to your arrival! 1145 Building open - Get dressed. Full Uniform, except Red Santa Hat instead of Band Shako. Working Smarter Shirts and Band Shorts underneath. 1200 Load the box truck with all large wind instruments except Sousas and water. Load the cargo trailer with Battery and Sousas *Front Ensemble - Don't forget the banner! 1210 Inspection in Band Hall and Load Buses 1230 Depart for Williams 1250 Unload 100 Warmup and Stage for start of parade (we are near the middle this year) 250 Depart Williams back to Plano East 310 Arrive Plano East and Bag Uniforms for the Cleaners! *You may leave once your uniform is checked in and all of your stuff is put away. This will take some time. Please plan accordingly!
